  • Yes, we deliver to Dayton, Cincinnati, and surrounding areas. There is an additional charge for this service which is based on the distance traveled per trip necessary. If your event includes items rented from our inventory, additional fees will apply for delivery and pickup.

  • We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate not releasing balloons in the air.

  • We only use the highest quality balloons. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, and heat can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace any balloons we pop in transportation or during setup. Indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept in cool temperatures and away from direct heat and sunlight.

  • Step 1: Complete the Inquiry Form. Step 2: We will get back to you via email within 24 to 48 hours. Step 3: After we’ve gone over questions and you’re ready to proceed with payment, I will send over the invoice as well as payment options.

  • The earlier the better! Events should be booked at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Inquiries are accepted at any time but are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made. If you have an event date but are not sure what type of balloon décor you would like yet, you can reserve your date with a $150 retainer fee. Then we can discuss ideas and details!

  • Once the event has ended, the client is responsible for taking down the balloon arrangement. However, for an additional charge, we would be happy to come back and remove the balloons and command hooks. Please mention this when you inquire.

  • Installations vary based on the scale of the design. Allow us 60 to 90mins for setup or an agreed upon duration of time.

  • Grab & Go Garlands are about 6 feet long each and are the perfect budget friendly alternative. Constructed by us and picked up, and hung up by you! We provide easy hanging instructions and hanging materials.

  • We cannot guarantee your balloons will last after being delivered or picked up. Once delivered, Believe in Dream Creations is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked, let go of, or affected by the weather. If we accidentally pop one of your balloons, it will be replaced at no charge, or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.

  • All retainers made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is canceled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
